SHIPPING
1. Shipping is added at checkout. For a complete list of shipping rates by option and by country, please click here.
2. All items are shipped in the order in which they were received.
3. ECONOMY Items are shipped generally by USPS First Class in a flat mailer. Large orders may ship Media Mail. STANDARD items ship in a padded envelope, with your book(s) bagged and boarded for added protection.
4. Canadian customers: please be aware that many of our shipments are delayed in Canadian Customs for indeterminable lengths of time. Please understand that this is beyond our control and your book may take several weeks to arrive.
PAYMENT
1. We accept Paypal and Credit/Debit card(via Paypal checkout).
2. We also accept checks and money orders. Please note that we charge a 1.00 USD surcharge per order if paying with check or money order.
3. If you wish to pay with a check or money order, please contact us at Distribution@STephemeris.c om with your name, order details, and shipping address. Please put CHECK/MO in the subject line.
4. Please note that your check or M.O. may take several days to clear the bank. The Ephemeris may withhold shipping until all funds are clear. This may take up to 14 days depending on your bank.
